The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) partnered with Ca Mau province authorities to restore mangrove forests and train locals in sustainable aquaculture in Vinh Hau Commune. This project aims to balance ecological restoration with improving community livelihoods in vulnerable coastal zones.
